  1. 2 cups large curd cottage cheese, drained

  2. 2/3 cup skim milk

  3. 2 tsp. lemon juice

  4. 1 tsp. salt

  5. mandarin orange segments

  6. strawberries

  7. pineapple cubes

  8. seedless grapes

  9. cubed melon

  1. Combine cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice and salt in a blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Place bowl with dip in center of platter. Arrange vegetables around dip and serve.
