  1. 1 Mango - peeled, pitted (small)

  2. 1 Chili - serrano, seeded and One lime - juice of

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Bell pepper - red, diced

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Cantaloupe - diced

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Honeydew melon - diced

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cucumber - peeled, diced and 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Jicama - peeled, diced

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cilantro - chopped

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper - black

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sour cream

  1. In a food processor or blender, puree lime juice, mango and chile.

  2. Place diced vegetables and fruit in a mixing bowl, add puree and combine. Mix in cilantro, salt and pepper.

  3. Adjust seasonings to taste. Gently fold in sour cream. Serve with grilled fish or chicken.
