  1. 1 cup bite-size shredded wheat cereal

  2. 1/2 cup 1% milk

  3. 1/4 cup applesauce

  4. 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt

  5. 1 Tbsp. raisins

  6. 2 tsp. brown sugar

  7. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  8. 1 banana

  1. PLACE cereal in microwavable cereal bowl. Add milk. Microwave on HIGH 20 seconds; stir. Microwave an additional 20 seconds.

  2. TOP with layers of applesauce and yogurt; sprinkle with raisins. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cereal and toppings. Serve with the banana.
