  1. 10 oz Pineapple Topping

  2. 1/3 c Prepared Horseradish

  3. 1/4 lb Cream cheese

  4. 10 oz Apple Jelly

  5. 1/4 c Dry mustard

  1. Mix topping, jelly, mustard, and horseradish.

  2. Pour a good quantity over a block of cream cheese.

  3. Refrigerate remainder until needed.

  4. Often the mustard is cut back a bit for more sensitive palates.

  5. Serve with saltines or party crackers.
