  6. 1 1/2 pk GRAHAM CRACKERS, crushed

  7. 5 tb BUTTER, melted

  8. 1/3 c SUGAR

  9. Mix and pat into a 10 -springform pan.

  10. 32 oz CREAM CHEESE (good quality),

  12. Package and warmed in

  13. -microwave for 2

  14. Minutes on high

  15. 1 c SUGAR

  16. 5 Jumbo EGGS, shelled and -placed in bowl then

  17. Warmed in microwave for 25

  18. -seconds

  19. 1/4 c CORNSTARCH

  20. 1 t VANILLA

  21. 1/2 c WHIPPING CREAM

  22. 8 REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS,

  23. -chopped into ** **

  24. medium-size pieces ** Cream the cheese until light.

  25. Add sugar and beat some more. Add eggs one at a time

  26. and beat after each. Mix in cream, vanilla and cornstarch. Stir in the candy.

  27. 350-degrees for 1 hour or so until outside edge is firm and middle is still

  28. soft. (Keep a pan of water in the bottom of the oven

  29. as the cake is baking to keep the humidity high and keep the cake from cracking.

  30. When the cake comes out of the oven run a knife around

  31. the edge.

  32. Cool for several hours then top with more chopped

  33. Reese's and drizzle with melted chocolate.
