  1. 1 cup radishes, chopped

  2. 6 green onions, chopped

  3. 1 cup fresh cilantro, snipped

  4. 1/4 tsp. salt

  5. 1 lb. uncooked ground turkey

  6. 1 4-oz. can whole green chiles, drained

  7. 4 1-oz. slices Monterey Jack cheese

  8. 4 large hamburger buns, split and toasted

  9. 1 cup shredded lettuce

  10. 4 tomato slices

  11. 1/2 cup bottled salsa

  1. In a large bowl combine radishes, green onion, cilantro, and salt. Add ground turkey; mix well. Shape mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties. For a charcoal grill, place patties on the greased rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals. Grill for 14 to 18 minutes or until no longer pink (165 F), turning once halfway through grilling. Top burgers with chiles and cheese during the last 1 minute of grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place patties on greased grill rack over heat. Cover; grill as above.) Serve burgers in buns with lettuce, tomato, and salsa.
