  1. 2 cups strawberries, stemmed and chopped

  2. 1 large mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped

  3. 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  4. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  5. 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

  6. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin Salt, to taste

  1. In a bowl, toss strawberries, mango, onions, lime juice, cilantro, red pepper flakes and cumin. Mix in salt. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to one day.
