  1. 1 1/2 teaspoon Shallots; chopped

  2. 1 Clove garlic

  3. 1 teaspoon Olive oil

  4. 2 cups Blackberry pulp

  5. 2 teaspoons Honey

  6. 1 Whole clove

  7. 1 teaspoon Cardamom

  8. 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced; or to taste

  9. 1 1/2 cup Port wine

  10. 4 Lamb chops

  1. Saute chopped shallots and garlic in hot olive oil until transluscent. Mix pulp, honey, clove, cardamom, and jalapeno; add the port. Reduce to half; add remaining ingredients.

  2. Grill or broil chops about 4 minutes each side for medium; serve with sauce.
