  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Plain yogurt

  2. 8 Radicchio leaves

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Pineapple juice

  4. 3 Green onions - thinly sliced

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sugar

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped walnuts toasted

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Firm - ripe pear (large)

  8. 20 Snow peas divided

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lime juice

  1. Combine Yogurt, Pineapple Juice and Sugar in A Bowl. Stir Well and Set Aside. Cook Snow Peas in A Small Amount Of Boiling Water 15 Seconds. Drain Well. Cut The Pear in Half Lengthwise, Core and Cut Lengthwise Into Thin Slices. Brush With Lime Juice.

  2. Arrange Snow Peas and Pears On Each Of 4 Radicchio Lined Salad Plates. Drizzle Each With 1 1/2 T. Yogurt Mixture. Sprinkle With Green Onions and Walnuts.
