  1. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Brown sugar - packed

  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Sugar

  3. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Cinnamon

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ginger

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Nutmeg

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Allspice

  7. 2 cups 474ml Pumpkin

  8. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Evaporated skim milk

  9. 3/4 cup 177ml Egg whites - whipped

  10. 2 1/2 teaspoons 12ml Vanilla

  1. Preheat oven at 375. Make pie crust.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugars, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice.

  3. In another mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg whites, and vanilla.

  4. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour into prepared pie pan.

  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until crust is nicely browned and the filling is set in the center when jiggled.
