  1. 2 tb Flour

  2. 1/4 ts Salt

  3. 1/8 ts Pepper

  4. 1/8 ts Paprika

  5. 3/4 lb Turkey breast, sliced

  6. And pounded

  7. 6 oz Marinated artichoke hearts

  8. 1 Onion, sliced

  9. 1/4 c Butter

  10. 1/4 c Chiken broth

  11. 1 tb Lemon juice

  12. 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese

  13. 1/2 c Sour cream

  14. 8 oz Noodles, cooked

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat meat slices with it. Pour artichoke liquid into a frying pan and cook on medium heat until bubbly.

  2. Add meat slices and brown 3-5 minutes; remove from pan. Add onion and butter to pan. Saute 5 minutes. Add broth and stir in lemon juice, cheese, and sour cream. Add turkey and heat through. Serve over noodles. Garnish with artichoke hearts. —–
