  2. 3 pounds venison stew meat

  3. 1 cup onion -- diced

  4. 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

  5. 4 garlic cloves -- chopped

  6. 1 pound seasoned bacon

  7. 1 cup red wine vinegar

  8. 2 cups catsup

  9. 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1/2 cup molasses

  11. 2 teaspoons Lawrey's natural choice

  12. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  1. Place venison, onion, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning in crock pot.

  2. Cook on high for 1 to 2 hours until meat is cooked.

  3. Cook bacon and crumble or chop. Add bacon, catsup, molasses and brown sugar.

  4. Turn crock pot on low and heat for the rest of the day.

  5. Serve over rice potatoes or toast.

  6. NOTE: Venison can be substituted with any red meat, just cut in 1-inch cubes.
