  9. 1 20 oz Whole green chiles

  10. 1 Lg onion

  11. 1 tb Cumin

  12. 1 Salt to taste

  13. 8 oz Sharp cheddar, grated

  14. 1 13 oz Can evap. milk

  15. 1 13 oz Can tomato sauce

  16. 1 lb Lean ground beef

  17. 2 Cloves garlic, minced

  18. 3 tb Chile powder

  19. 8 oz Monterey jack, grated

  20. 4 Eggs, beaten

  21. 1 tb All purpose flour

  22. MM -- ¥

  23. 1 MM M--TOPPINGS-- -- ¥

  24. 1 c Sour cream

  25. 1 c Chopped pecans

  26. 1 c Raisins

  27. 1 tsp cumin,

  28. 1 1/2 tbs chili powder and salt. Stir. In a greased

  29. 9x13 pan, layer chiles, beef and additional chiles. Combine cheeses and sprinkle over chiles. Beat together eggs, milk and flour. Pour over cheese mixture. To the tomato sauce add

  30. 2 tsp cumin and 1 1/2 tbs chili powder. Pour over all. Bake

  31. 30-45 min at

  32. 350 F. (Note: If preparing ahead of time, do not cover with tomato sauce until time to bake.) Serve toppings in seperate bowls and let guests help themselves. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
