  1. *(mushroom, asparagus, celery, whatever!) Peel potatos and cut into small chunks, place in crockpot. Put meat on top of potato, pour undiluted can of soup over meat, and then empty onion soup mix packet over meat. cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. If you want, just forget the potatos, it turns out great with just the meat! To thicken the sauce into gravy, take the meat out and keep warm. Take 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water, mix in small bowl. Pour into sauce and stir. Cover and cook on high for 15-20 minutes. Then you'll have delicious gravy!
