  3. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  4. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  5. Coarse salt and ground pepper

  6. 3/4 cup homemade or store-bought barbecue sauce

  7. 2 cups Easy Pork Shoulder

  8. 4 hamburger buns
