We didn't have shot glasses, so I ended up going the parfait route in larger glasses. These definitely taste good, but they aren't very complex in flavor. Just straight-forward as an extremely sweet and rich dessert. In other words, larger portion sizes are probably not as preferable as a shot glass. And having a chaser, like maybe a piece of real dark chocolate on hand or something might help manage doing a shot of this stuff.

  4. Also, the mint and raspberries and the cookie bottom are what make this recipe worth trying as they lend some interesting flavors to an otherwise somewhat forgettable dessert.
