  1. 1 1 1/2-2 Lb Flank Steak , Scored Juice of

  2. 1 Lemon

  3. 1/2 c. Soy Sauce

  4. 1/4 c. Dry Red Wine

  5. 1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar

  6. 3 Tbs. Olive Oil

  7. 2 Tbs. Worcesterchire Sauce

  8. 1-2 Clove s Garlic, Minced

  9. 2 Tbs Snipped Fresh Chives

  10. 2-3 Dashes Tobasco

  11. 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil Horseradish Sauce

  12. 1/3c. Sour Cream

  13. 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard

  14. 2-2 1/2 Tsp. Horseradish

  1. Steak Marinade Mix all ingredients in a marinating pan or ziplock bag Marinate, turning occasionaly for 2-24 hours in referigerator. Broil meat over hot coals for 5 minutes per side (rare to med-rare). Thinly slice meat on diagonal across the grain. Serve with horseradish sauce Horseradish Sauce Mix together and referigerate.
