  2. 2 small onions -- chopped

  3. 1/2 pound mushrooms -- chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped

  5. 3 egg whites

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
