  1. 1 cup green beans -- snapped

  2. 1 cup soy milk

  3. 1 red bell pepper -- diced

  4. 1 large onion -- diced

  5. 1 teaspoon sage

  6. 1 garlic clove -- minced

  7. 1 cup corn

  1. Preparation : Simmer the beans in soy milk for a few minutes. Add bell pepper, garlic, sage and onion and continue to simmer until the beans, pepper and onion are cooked. Add the corn and cook for no more than 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if so desired before serving. Recipe by Mark Satterly
