  1. 4 C cooked, deboned, and cubed chicken

  2. 1 C mayo

  3. 1 1/2 C celery, diced

  4. 1/2 t salt

  5. Mix all the above and refrigerate overnight.

  6. 1/2 lbs grapes

  7. 1 C mandarin oranges

  8. 1/2 C pineapple

  9. 1/2 C nuts

  10. 1 C sour cream

  11. 1 T lemon juice

  12. Mix together and add to meat mixture. Chill 4 hours and serve cold. From the kitchen of AMOM Myra.
