  1. 1/2 C Oil

  2. 1/3 C Cider Vinegar

  3. 1 tsp Prepared Mustard

  4. 1 tsp Salt

  5. 4-oz Jar Sliced Pimiento, Drained

  6. 1 Garlic Clove, Minced

  7. 2 C Shell Macaroni

  8. 12-oz Pkg. Frozen Medium Shrimp , Cooked, Drained

  9. 1 - 1/2 C Chopped Celery

  10. 1/2 C Chopped Green Pepper

  11. Leaf Lettuce or Salad Savory

  12. 3 Large Peach es or Nectarines, Pitted/Sliced

  1. In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pimiento and garlic. Whisk together until well blended. Set aside.

  2. Cook shell macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Add shrimp, celery, green pepper and cooked shell macaroni to dressing, stirring gently. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

  3. Arrange lettuce leaves over bottom of large decorative platter. Mound salad over lettuce. Arrange peach slices around edge of salad.
