  1. 2 packages of Pepperidge Farms Frozen pastry sheets thawed over night in the refrigerator.

  2. 3 cups finely chopped walnut s or pecans or both

  3. 1 cup honey , warmed (Whipping cream optional)

  1. Line an 8 x 8 x2 inch pan with foil, grease lightly. Lay out pastry sheets to desired thickness, cut into 9-inch squares. Sprinkle with nuts, drizzle with honey and fold into triangles. Place in pan, mark each triangle top with cross wise knife slashes, about three each, bake @ 425 for about 20 mins. Or until lightly browned, set aside, and let cool slightly, brush tops with honey and sprinkle wit powdered sugar. May serve warm or cool, whipping cream may be used as a dip. Lynn Byers McClellan
