  1. 2 (1 lb) flat iron steaks

  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  3. 2 garlic cloves, mashed

  4. 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

  5. 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped

  6. 1/4 cup red wine salt to taste fresh ground pepper to taste

  7. 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

  1. Instructions Combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, rosemary, wine, salt, pepper, and mustard; stir well. Place steaks in a large cooking bag or a shallow pan and add marinade. Marinade in the refrigerator at least one hour, but preferably overnight. To grill: heat coals until very hot. For rare steaks, cook for 4 minutes per side. .
