  1. 12 ounces radishes -- trimmed

  2. 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar sub:

  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  4. 1 tablespoon orange flower water -- ? salt

  5. 2 navel oranges

  1. Preparation : Shred radishes in a food processor or "grate" with a blender. Allow excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste. Chill. Peel and slice oranges. Just before serving. Arrange all together and dust with cinnamon.
