  1. 250g mushrooms, finely chopped

  2. 2 large onions, finely chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  4. 520g diced pork

  5. 2 (420g) tins chopped tomatoes

  6. 2 tablespoons Patak's® balti paste

  7. 1 jar Patak's® tikka paste

  8. 1 pinch salt and pepper

  9. water (amount depends how runny you want it)

  1. Place mushrooms and onions in a pan with 1 tablespoon oil and fry lightly.

  2. In a separate pan, lightly fry the pork in 1 tablespoon of oil until it has browned.

  3. In the pan with the mushrooms and onions, add the tomatoes, the balti and tikka paste and salt and pepper.

  4. Drain the oil off the pork and add to the other ingredients.

  5. Add required amount of water and leave to simmer for 30 minutes.
