  1. 1 lb chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C --

  2. 1 lg green onion -- chopped

  3. 1 centiliter garlic -- chopped

  4. 1 tbsp soy sauce

  5. 3/4 tsp sesame oil

  6. 1/3 tsp pepper --

  7. 1/2 tsp cornstarch -- (for thickening)

  8. 2 cups broccoli florets -- cooked

  9. 1 tsp ginger -- slivered

  10. 1 tbsp white wine

  11. 3/4 tsp splenda

  12. 1 tbsp chili sauce

  13. 2 tbsp chicken stock

  14. 2 tbsp oil

  1. Heat wok with oil, garlic , ginger over high heat and stir in chicken pieces. Cook for 2-2 1/2 minutes. Add remainder of ingredients except blanched broccoli florets and cornstarch , and stir for a further 1-2 minutes. Mix well. Thicken and place chicken in center of a dish with broccoli on each side.
