  1. 3 Tbs. corn oil

  2. 2 lbs lamb stew meat, cut into 2-inch cubes

  3. 1 beef bouillon cube

  4. 2 tsps. salt

  5. 1 bay leaf

  6. 1/4 tsp. crushed dried thyme leaves

  7. 4 1/2 cups water

  8. 6 carrots

  9. 12 small white onions

  10. 1/4 cup Argo-Kingsford' s Corn Starch Makes

  1. Method : In skillet heat com oil Over medium heat. Add beef; brown on all sides. Add next 4 ingredients and 4 cups of the water. Cover; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add carrots and onions. Simmer 1/2 hour or until tender. Mix Com Starch and 1/2 cup water. Stir into beef mixture. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute.
