  1. 1 Peaches - sliced

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  3. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Almond extract

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cornstarch

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Butter

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt Cheddar Biscuits

  8. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Biscuit mix - Bisquick

  9. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Butter - melted

  10. 1/2 cup 118ml Cheddar - med, grated

  11. 1/3 cup 78ml Milk

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the peaches in a greased baking pan. Mix the sugar, cornstarch and salt, then sprinkle over the peaches. Sprinkle the lemon juice, almond extract over the peach mixture. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, make the biscuits by combining all of the ingredients, stirring well. Remove the baking pan and drop the dough onto the hot peach mixture and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the biscuits are done. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
