  1. 1 box Cornbread Mix- I Use Jiffy

  2. 1/2 cup Cream Style Corn

  3. 1 lb Hamburger Meat

  4. 1 pkg Taco Seasoning

  5. 1/4 cup Shredded Colby/jack Cheese

  1. Cook hamburger meat in saucepan, add the taco seasoning when the meat is fully cooked. Follow the instructions on the seasoning packet.

  2. Follow the directions to make the cornbread. Add cream style corn to the batter and mix thoroughly.

  3. In medium size casserole dish place meat first. Then pour the cornbread mixture evenly over meat. Sprinkle cheese on top of uncooked cornbread.

  4. Bake in 350* oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cornbread is fully cooked. Let set 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

  5. I like to add sour cream and salsa on top of mine after it is done.
