  1. 1 Egg white - (about 2 tbsp)

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml White wine - dry

  3. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Soft French bread crumbs

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground turkey - (breast best)

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  7. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Shallots - finely chopped

  8. 2 oz 56g Mushrooms - finely chopped

  9. Cooking spray

  1. In medium size bowl, beat egg white and wine until blended. Stir in crumbs, salt, pepper and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and mushrooms. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. Cook just like hamburgers either on the stovetop using non-stick spray on pan or on the grill (best!)
