  1. 1 1/4c water

  2. 20 c Bread flour; (5 lbs)

  3. 3 c bread flour

  4. 1 1/4c Sugar

  5. 2 1/2ts bread machine yeast

  6. 4 ts Salt

  7. 1 ts salt

  8. 1 c Instant nonfat dry milk.

  9. 1 egg white whisked together

  10. with 1 T water for glaze

  1. + I have my own homemade "best bread mix".

  2. After the initial mixing which only takes a few minutes, the rest is as easy as the store bought.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Stir together to distribute evenly.

  5. Put in a large airtight container.

  6. Label.

  7. Store in a cool, dry place.

  8. Use within 6 to 8 months.

  9. Makes about 22 cups of mix.
