  1. 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat or round stk cut into 3/4" cubes

  2. 1 1/2 cups chopped onion

  3. 2 large garlic clove minced

  4. 2 tbsp flour

  5. 1 tsp paprika

  6. salt and pepper to taste

  7. 1 can of canned tomatoes with the liquid

  8. 2 tsp beef bouillon powder

  9. 1 tsp granulated sugar

  10. 1/2 - 1 cup sour cream

  11. Combine first 7 ingedients in a slow cooker and stir well to coat beef and onion with flour.

  12. 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

  13. Spoon a few spponfulls of juice into bowl and add sour cream. Stir well and pour back into the slow cooker. Stir before serving!
