  2. 4 4- to 5-ounce skinless fresh tilapia fillets, or other whitefish Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

  3. 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  5. 2 tablespoons butter

  6. 1/4 cup coarsely chopped almonds

  7. 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley

  1. Bring lightly salted water to boiling in a large saucepan. Add pea pods. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
