  1. 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into bite-size pieces

  2. 1 tsp. oil

  3. 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth

  4. 1-1/2 cups water

  5. 2 cups assorted fresh vegetables (sliced carrots, broccoli florets, chopped red peppers)

  6. 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

  7. 1/2 cup instant white rice , uncooked

  8. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  1. COOK and stir chicken in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min. or until chicken is done.

  2. ADD broth, water, vegetables and dressing mix. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.

  3. STIR in rice and parsley. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
