  1. Prep/Cook Time: 20 min

  2. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  3. 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts or beef sirloin steak, cut into strips

  4. 1 medium green or red pepper, cut into strips

  5. 1 medium onion, sliced

  6. 1 1/2 cups Pace® Chunky Salsa

  7. 8 flour tortillas (8")

  8. Guacamole

  9. HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken or beef and cook until browned, stirring often.

  10. ADD pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.

  11. ADD salsa and heat through.

  12. SPOON about 1/2 cup chicken or beef mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with additional salsa. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with guacamole.
