  7. 2 1/2 cups whole-grain wheat flour

  8. 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  9. 1 tablespoon sugar

  10. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  11. 1 teaspoon salt

  12. 2 cups buttermilk

  13. 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

  14. Heat oven to 400.

  15. Spray a 9x5x3 loaf pan and wipe.

  16. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except sesame seeds. Stir by hand until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle loaf with sesame

  17. 20 minutes. Reduce heat to

  18. 300 and bake another

  19. 30 minutes.

  21. Makes a rather flat loaf, although it crested. Try a thinner loaf pan?
