  1. Place Snow Crab in a large freezer bag with virgin olive oil, water, adding, minced garlic, 1 can of malt beer, paprika, Sea Salt,crush peppers, Pour into bag and let sit for 20-30 minutes.Basting (Griling)In a Pan add clam broth and ingedents from bag. Place Snow Crabs on Smoker of 20-30 minutes @ about 375 degrees baste with broth and seasoning every 3-5 minutes. Check Crabs by cracking open claw or large leg for firmness of meat. Dipping Sauce Combine in a small bowl garlic and sea salt and melted butter .
