  1. 4 Pounds beef roast -- (up to 5)

  2. 4 potatoes

  3. 2 onions

  4. 5 carrots Salt & Pepper -- to taste marinade:

  5. 1 1/2 Cups water

  6. 5 Ounces soy sauce

  7. 1/4 Cup brown sugar

  8. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

  9. 4 Ounces bourbon

  10. 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce

  1. Preparation : Marinate roast in refrigerator the night before. Next morning, pare and cut vegetables into chunks. Place vegetables in crock pot. Put roast on top and add 1/2 cup marinade. Set crock pot on low and cook 10 to 12 hours. Now go enjoy your day at the golf course.
