  1. For Marinating:

  2. Boneless Chicken 1kg

  3. Eggs 2

  4. Soy Sauce 2 tsp.

  5. Chilli Garlic sauce 2 tsp.

  6. 2 tsp. .Ginger garlic paste

  7. 1 tsp

  8. Plain flour 2 tbsp.

  9. Salt to taste

  10. For the Gravy:

  11. Onion 1

  12. Capsicum 1

  13. Chopped

  14. Chilli sauce 2 tsp.

  15. Chilli Garlic Sauce 2 tsp.

  16. Hot and Sweet Sauce 2tsp

  17. Soy sauce 2 tbsp.

  18. Green Chillies 10 (Spring onions for garnishing)

  1. Clean and cut the chicken into 1” pieces 2. Combine all the ingredients for marinating in a bowl, and marinate the chicken pieces for 3 hours or more in the refrigerator.

  2. Heat 2 cups of oil in a deep pan, deep fry the slit green chillies, drain and keep aside.

  3. In the same oil deep fry the marinated chicken, drain and keep aside.

  4. In another fry pan heat1 tbsp oil and add the onions and capsicum, stir fry for a minute.

  5. Lower the heat and add all the ingredients for the gravy, stir well.

  6. Add the fried chicken pieces and green chillies, mix well and remove form heat.

  7. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
