  1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  2. 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (use LaChoy for GF)

  3. 1/4 cup orange juice

  4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  5. 1 garlic clove , minced

  6. 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  7. 1 teaspoon rum extract

  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl.

  2. Pour over chicken and marinate at least two hours or overnight.
