  1. Preheat oven to 350° Use some clean scissors and cut each biscuit into fourths. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a cereal bowl. Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter and then into the sugar; place in the cake pan sugar side up. Place the pieces next to each other until the bottom of the pan is covered; then start making another layer on top of the first one. After you have placed all the pieces in the pan, sprinkle any leftover butter over the biscuits and sprinkle with the leftover sugar. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until biscuits are done. Remove from the oven, cover the pan with a plate, and flip the biscuits out into the plate. Then place another plate on the bottom of the biscuits and flip them upright. I use paper plates. Serve hot.
