  2. 1 cup wheat germ

  3. 1 cup pecans -- finely chopped

  4. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 2 eggs

  7. 1 cup sugar

  8. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  9. 3 squares 1 oz each 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

  1. Makes 3 dozen cookies1. Mix together wheat germ, pecans, flour and salt; beat eggs with sugar and vanilla.

  2. Beat in melted chocolate; stir in wheat germ mixture.

  3. Chill.

  4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in confectioners' sugar to coat5. Place on lightly greased baking sheet; bake in preheated 350 F. oven 10 to 12 minutes.
