  1. 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup

  2. 3/4 cup tomato juice

  3. 1 teaspoon mustard

  4. teaspoon pepper

  5. 6 ounces ( 1/2 cup) Harvest Pasta - cooked and drained

  6. 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese

  1. Stir together soup, tomato juice, mustard and pepper. Stir in pasta and 1½ cup cheese. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and sliced tomatoes. Bake 5 minutes more.
