  2. 3/4 lb Japanese eggplant

  3. 6 tb Oil

  4. 3 Garlic cloves

  5. 4 Red chile peppers

  6. 12 Basil leaves

  7. 2 tb Yellow bean sauce

  8. 1/8 inch thick. thinly slice chicken

  9. 1/2 inch
