  2. 1 green apple cored and chopped unpeeled or peeled

  3. 1 stalk celery finely chopped

  4. 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  5. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  6. 1 cuof plain nonfat yoghurt - or any flavor that you prefer
