  1. 8 ounces butter , softened (2 sticks or 1 cup)

  2. 3/4 cup brown sugar , packed

  3. 3/4 cup white granulated sugar

  4. 2 egg s

  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  6. 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  9. 6 cups chocolate chips, dark chocolate, semi sweet and milk chocolate combined

  1. Line a 10-inch pie plate with foil and spray with non stick spray.

  2. Mix butter and sugars until light and creamy.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Mix in dry ingredients.

  4. Mix until just combined. Add the chips and combine.

  5. Place the batter into the prepared pie plate.

  6. Bake at 350°F until golden brown. About 15-20 minutes. (better under cooked than over cooked)

  7. Let the pie cool to room temp.

  8. Now it can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Cut the pie when it is cold. Then warm up the pie pieces in the oven or quickly in the microwave.

  9. Serve with Vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream.
