  1. 1 Evaporated skim milk - (14 oz) - undiluted

  2. 2 1/2 tablespoons 37ml Sugar

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Skim milk

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Orange liqueur - (to 3)

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Brandy

  1. Combine the evaporated milk and sugar and place over low heat.

  2. Combine the cornstarch and milk, stirring into a smooth paste. Slowly add this to the heated milk and sugar, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

  3. Add the vanilla, liqueur, and brandy. Simmer the sauce 1 minute longer. Serve warm.

  4. This recipe yields 24 servings. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.
