  1. 1 1/4 cups oatmeal

  2. 1/4 cup raisins

  3. 1/4 cup flour

  4. 1 1/2 cups non-fat powdered milk

  5. 1 cup applesauce

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  8. 1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Spoon out 4 big cookies on a baking sheet coated in Pam.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. ?
