  1. 175 g Chinese egg noodles

  2. 1 1/2tb Vegetable oil

  3. 1/2 Garlic clove, sliced/peeled

  4. 1/2 Chopped onion

  5. 1 Sliced carrot

  6. 1/2 Green pepper, diced

  7. 1/2tb Soy sauce

  8. 1/2tb Sesame oil

  9. 1 tb Peanuts

  1. + Directions : 1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain well.

  2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts. Serve.
