  1. Meatballs

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground beef

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Catsup

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  7. 1/2 Green pepper - (minced fine)

  8. Sauce

  9. 3/4 cup 177ml Catsup

  10. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  11. 1/4 cup 59ml Cider vinegar

  12. 3 tablespoons 45ml Brown sugar

  13. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  14. 1 teaspoon 5ml Pepper

  15. 3 Tabasco

  16. 2 teaspoons 10ml Soy sauce

  17. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sugar

  1. MEATBALLS:

  2. Mix well and form into balls the size of walnuts.

  3. Cook over low heat until done but not brown.

  4. SAUCE:

  5. Simmer approximately 20 minutes. Pour over meat balls.
